Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries (I prefer to use thawed frozen berries)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Procedure:

Let raspberries thaw in a bowl. Add in maple syrup and chia seeds. Stir well, crushing the raspberries. Add to a mason jam jar.

Notes:

This keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week.

This makes a nutritious addition to the classic PB&J, toast, or pancakes/waffles/french toast!
